3. Booking and Service Appointments
- Customers can schedule services via phone call, contact form, or WhatsApp.
- We offer pickup and drop services in Andheri East, Mumbai, and nearby areas.
- Appointment timings are subject to expert availability.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Prices for services will be communicated prior to repair.
- Full payment must be made upon service completion.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other approved modes.
5. Warranty & Limitations
- We offer a limited warranty on repairs, typically valid for 15–30 days (depending on the issue).
- Warranty does not apply to water damage, physical damage post-repair, or mishandling by the customer.
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take utmost care in handling your device, Mobiles Fixr is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing issues with your device
- Data loss or corruption during repair
- Delays due to unavailability of parts or external factors
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds will be issued once the repair work has been completed.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
8. Modification of Terms
Mobiles Fixr reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be settled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
